Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation 🚀 At Quandela, we're moving from an R&D-driven organization toward a structured, scalable industrial operation. We're looking for a builder as much as a manager to create our end-to-end supply chain, from demand to customer delivery. Your first major challenge: build our S&OP process from the ground up. You'll move easily between strategy and execution, from running an S&OP review and an 18-month capacity outlook to solving a critical component shortage or securing an urgent customer shipment. Your Key Responsibilities Build the S&OP process from scratch: define governance, meeting cadence, roles, inputs and KPIs, then progressively mature it as the company scales Lead monthly cross-functional S&OP reviews with Sales, Operations, Production, R&D, Purchasing, Finance and Management, and establish a single shared view of demand, supply and customer commitments Consolidate demand from customer orders, weighted commercial forecasts, internal R&D needs, qualification activities and strategic programs into a rolling forecast Build and maintain the Master Production Schedule, with planning horizons adapted to our long manufacturing and supply lead times Translate dem
