Spring Health is seeking an Associate Director, Business Operations & Strategy to join our Specialty Care team. This team is responsible for building and scaling new programs to support our highest-acuity members. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, Specialty Care, this role acts as a senior strategic and operational leader, partnering closely with Clinical, Product, Analytics and Marketing to drive execution and growth. This is a full time position that is fully remote. Travel to our NYC headquarters may be required quarterly. What you’ll do: Master Specialty Care's P&L mechanics and financial drivers, identifying key levers to drive sustainable growth, revenue optimization, and gross margin expansion. Act as the primary financial and operational partner for department leadership, translating unit economics and margin drivers into actionable, high-impact strategies.
