Spring Health is actively seeking a VP, Global Strategy & Operations to join our team. This leader will drive our international operational strategy and partner closely with product, legal, and clinical teams to scale our international footprint. The VP, Global Strategy & Operations will cross-functionally orchestrate global delivery networks and optimize service reliability across the 200+ international markets in which we operate today. This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely, with quarterly travel to our New York City headquarters expected. What you'll do: Orchestrate and align a highly cross-functional, matrixed team to deliver exceptional mental healthcare infrastructure to members, customers, and providers worldwide. Influence and shape the long-term global expansion roadmap, largely focused on service delivery excellence and expansion versus country expansion, acting as an internal general manager to align organizational capabilities with market needs.
