Reporting to the Enrollment Manager and partnering closely with our Credentialing, Onboarding, and Claims teams, the Enrollment Specialist will own how our clinicians are enrolled with health plans and kept accurately listed on plan rosters. Your work determines when a clinician can start seeing members under a plan and whether they are paid correctly afterward. This is a full-time position that is fully remote. Travel is not required. What you’ll do: Submit and track clinician enrollment requests with multiple health plans, following each plan's specific requirements and timelines so clinicians can start seeing members on the correct effective dates. Build, quality-check, and submit recurring clinician rosters to health plans in Google Sheets and Excel, verifying names, tax IDs, licenses, practice locations, and dates before every submission.
