Alma, a Spring Health company, is actively seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Provider Marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Provider Marketing, the Senior Lifecycle Manager will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns that engage, retain, and activate our global provider network. This is a full-time position that is fully remote. Occasional travel to company or team events may be required. What you’ll do: Own and optimize end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies to improve provider engagement and satisfaction. Design and launch multi-channel campaigns tailored to key moments across the provider journey. Oversee the strategy and execution of email, SMS, and in-app messaging that supports providers from onboarding through long-term engagement. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Product, and Data to ensure message alignment and a seamless experience.
