Spring Health is actively seeking a Manager, Provider Recruiting to join our Provider Recruiting Team within the Provider Operations Department. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Provider Recruiting, the Manager, Provider Recruiting will lead strategic recruitment initiatives to build and maintain a high-quality domestic Provider provider network at a sustainable cost of scaling. This is a full-time, fully remote position with minimal travel required (approximately 1–2 weeks per year for company and team offsites). What you’ll do Manage end-to-end Provider provider recruitment, staying on pace with the hiring model to support forecasted demand and ongoing customer launches. Navigate competing operational priorities—balancing rapid customer launch deadlines, urgent escalated member needs, and broader network expansion initiatives—with guidance from senior leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to align network capacity with customer requireme
