Spring Health is actively seeking a Manager, Provider Recruiting to join our Provider Recruiting Team within the Provider Operations Department. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Provider Recruiting, the Manager, Provider Recruiting will lead international recruitment initiatives to scale our global provider network while maintaining high Provider quality and a sustainable cost of scaling. This is a full-time, fully remote position with minimal travel required (approximately 1–2 weeks per year for company and team offsites). What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end global Provider provider recruitment, staying on pace with the hiring model to support international customer launches, regional expansions, and forecasted demand. Partner closely with international legal counsel, credentialing teams, and cross-functional partners (Analytics, Customer Success, Implementation) to execute compliant recruiting strategies tailored to international regulations and cultural norms.
