About the Role: Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Brand Strategy to support our Brand Team. In this role, you’ll drive the creative strategy for our integrated brand campaigns across the Hims & Hers brands. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the strategy inspires outstanding creative that breaks through the cultural zeitgeist, resonates with consumers, and drives intended brand and business results. About You: You’re a seasoned creative strategist with a passion for finding the intersection between a brand’s unique value and consumers’ unique needs. You’re an expert in crafting strategies that translate our brand value in a way that aligns with channel best practices, cultural truths, market opportunities, and unmet needs. You build strategies that inspire breakthrough creative thinking and change customer behavior. You sit at the intersection of culture, consumer, and business, and have seen firsthand how building brand equity impacts the bottom line.
