About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, process-driven Director of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with a strong focus on operations planning, resource management, and labor modeling. This role owns the integrated planning function responsible for translating business strategy into executable operational plans that balance capacity and labor against service and cost targets. This is a highly visible leadership role, setting the operations planning strategy and partnering directly with senior leadership across the organization to shape network-wide decisions. Additionally this role will be responsible for evolving the department - partnering with cross functional teams to create newer and more accurate models that leverage industry best practices and expertise. You Will: Own the Operations Planning Strategy: Set the vision and governance for the S&OP process, chairing the weekly S&OP meeting and driving alignment between demand signals and executable operations plans across the network.
