We’re currently looking for an independently licensed mental health professional with clinical training, facilitation, and instructional design experience to join our Clinical Training team. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Clinical Trainer will deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person, assist in the development of clinical trainings, collaborate in measuring the effectiveness of trainings, and work to grow clinical training offerings. This position will be dedicated to a Spring Health customer. Travel will be required up to 10-20% of the time for in-person trainings, with specific event parameters aligned to historical company requirements. What you’ll do: Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner. Work with a dedicated customer and internal Spring Employees to meet the needs of a dedicated customer.
