As a full-time mental health provider for Spring Health, you will focus on delivering specialized substance use disorders interventions to Spring Health’s member network. What you’ll do: ● Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, using interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI/MET), CBT for SUD, relapse prevention, and harm reduction strategies. ● Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments, evaluating symptom severity, readiness for change, recovery supports, co-occurring mental health conditions, and safety risks to inform individualized treatment planning. ● Develop person-centered treatment plans using an ASAM-informed framework, including recommendations for appropriate levels of care and referrals when clinically indicated. ● Support members across all stages of recovery—including those who are actively using substances, ambivalent about change, or returning to use—through compassionate, recovery-oriented care
