We’re seeking a pragmatic, business-minded Staff Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team. Reporting to the Managing Lead Commercial Counsel, this role will support the company’s commercial contracting needs by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of agreements, including routine and high-volume matters such as amendments, non-disclosure agreements, customer agreements, and vendor agreements. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help move commercial matters forward while managing risk in a practical, scalable way. The successful candidate will be agile, highly organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment. This is a full time, fully remote position on our team. Occasional travel may be required for company or team events/meetings.
