The Senior Manager, FP&A is the primary finance business partner to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), who leads Customer Success, Care Operations, Operations Intelligence, Global, Implementation, and Member Engagement Strategy. This role will support the CCO in delivering a coordinated customer experience—from initial launch through the ongoing support provided to customers and their members. You will provide financial leadership across the CCO organization, including budgeting, forecasting, budget-versus-actual analysis, ad hoc decision support, and strategic planning. You will also own FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the company’s balance sheet and cash flow statement, ensuring a clear view of liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation. This is a full time hybrid position on our team with 3 days per week required in person at our NYC office. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events/meetings.
