Alma is seeking a mission-driven Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving growth for Alma. The Lead RevOps Analyst will own the systems, processes, and analytics that our growth teams run on, building the infrastructure that turns data into decisions and actions. This individual will be a strategic partner across the entire business, collaborating with the Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams. This is a full time, fully remote position on our team. Occasional travel may be required for company or team events. What you’ll do: Manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and the integrations that tie them together. Partner with and influence cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that improve revenue generation. Lead projects from ideation through execution to improve revenue processes, including building technology enhancements within our revenue tools.
