This position is a full-time, remote position that reports directly to the Lead Specialty Care Navigator of the SUD Program. As a full-time, SUD Specialty Care Navigator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) needs and goals. In this position, you will leverage your licensure and advanced skills to independently manage member care, provide expert guidance, and coordinate comprehensive support services. Your responsibilities include engaging with members, triage and recommendations and collaborating with other SUD Specialty Care Navigators and interdisciplinary teams. A relevant license and extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse are required. Schedule options: Monday - Friday 11:30am-8:00pm ET, or the equivalent in your respective time zone (i.e., 8:30am-5pm PT, 9:30am-6pm MT, 10:30am-7pm CT) Monday - Friday 1pm-9pm ET, or the equivalent in your respective time zone (i.e., 10am-6pm PT, 11am-7pm MT, 12pm-8pm CT) What you’ll do: Conduct outb
